Direct Health Solutions provides specialist absence management training and workshops for senior leaders and front line supervisors. Our programs are developed from our unique understanding of absenteeism, employee behaviour and strategies to positively impact attendance. We offer custom training solutions in Absence Management Fundamentals, Advanced Absence Management Skills Development, Building Positive Attendance Cultures, and Managing Mental Health in the Workplace.

Consulting

We offer an expert independent evaluation of your absence management practices and strategy. Our team deep dive into your existing absence management processes, systems, tools and management approaches to evaluate where you can achieve significant improvements in outcomes. We conduct a gap analysis and identify strengths and opportunity areas against industry best practice. We then present a complete implementation roadmap with clearly defined absence reduction strategies which have been proven to get immediate results.
