A 24×7 service providing injury triage and management advice following employee injury or illness. Our telehealth nurses utilise best practice decision protocols to triage an injury/illness, providing employees with immediate first aid and functional activity advice. Our service provides a simple process for employees to report an injury/illness, automates and standardises HR processes and workflows, and provides real-time reporting of all injuries/illness, and their status.

In the event that medical intervention is required, our team will coordinate priority appointments with our preferred company doctor and allied health provider network. Our injury management service results in a healthier and more engaged workforce, and an improved safety culture.
